We build one-of-a-kind high school cybersecurity educational programs that develop world-class cyber talent through unparalleled support and industry partnerships. Our mission is to empower the future of cybersecurity through real-world learning, cyber industry partnership, and workforce expansion. We believe in the power of education to change the trajectory of individual students, school communities, and society as a whole. We believe in students accomplishing almost anything when they are challenged with something great enough and supported exceptionally well.

Paradigm Cyber Ventures LLC was formed in April 2022 by two nationally recognized educational leaders to address the growing talent gap in cybersecurity in a unique manner that builds on a proven solution. That solution started three years prior with a dream and an idea: to create a high school cybersecurity program that becomes the national hub of cyber talent.
