Michael Greenleaf

Michael Greenleaf currently serves as a Senior Talent Advisor at Paradigm and is a Co-Founder of ZYTHR, a SaaS company aimed at improving the hiring process. Previously, Michael held roles at Moderna as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant specializing in technical recruitment, and at Rubrik, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Leader, where significant team growth and staffing improvements were achieved. Additional experience includes managing talent acquisition teams at Mendix and Salesforce, and agency recruitment at Alexander Technology Group. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Strategic Management and Economics from Babson College.
