Sheldon Barnwell is a seasoned professional in business technology and mortgage industries, currently serving as Director of Business Technology at MCAP since December 2022. With a long tenure at Paradigm Quest since 2011, Sheldon has held various roles including Team Lead of Business Support and Director of Integration and Continuity, where responsibilities included managing teams during significant projects such as the launch of a nationwide mortgage insurance partnership and a company-wide prime rate change initiative. Prior experience includes working as a Mortgage Underwriter and Credit Administrator, and as an Appraisal Officer at XMC Mortgage Corporation. Sheldon holds a Business Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Humber College, completed in 2009.
