Robert Gray has a long and varied career in the customer service and operations industry. Robert began their career in 1985 as a Manager of Technical Support for Ashton-Tate. In 1992, they moved to Insignia Solutions as Manager of Technical and Customer Service. In 1994, they joined ADP as Vice President of Client Service and Operations, where they were responsible for four call centers across the United States and employed over 500 staff members. In 2005, they became the Broker/Owner of Contemporary Lending Group. In 2008, they joined RingCentral as Vice President of Customer Services, and in 2016, they Co-Founded and became the CEO of Arcadia's Kitchen, Inc. Throughout their career, Robert has been responsible for determining the strategic direction of customer service organizations and managing offshore and onshore customer service teams. Robert has also proactively managed associates, functions, and business processes to improve service and performance.

Robert Gray attended Bryant University from 1981 to 1985 and earned a BSBA in Computer Information Systems. Robert also attended Bryant University, but did not receive a degree.
