Ellen Julian, PhD, is a seasoned psychometric consultant who specializes in providing strategic and technical advice to certification programs. With experience as a primary psychometrician at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing and the Association of American Medical Colleges, Dr. Julian has spearheaded transitions to computer-based testing and contributed significantly to landmark cases in the field. Currently, they serve as the Principal and Founder of Julian Psychometric Consulting, as well as a Consulting Psychometrician at Paradigm Testing.
