Carlos Colla

Carlos Colla is an accomplished professional with significant experience in organizational design and process transformation. Since June 2003, Carlos has served as a director and partner at Paradigma Sociedad de Soluciones, leading projects focused on innovation, digital transformation, and strategic sourcing. Prior to this role, Carlos was a project leader at HSBC and a senior analyst at BankBoston (Standard Bank). Carlos holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed a certification as an SAP FI/CO - SD Consultant in 2003.
