Amy Drout

Amy Drout has a diverse work experience in the field of benefits and human resources. Amy started their career as a Benefits Specialist at Modine Manufacturing Company in August 2003 and worked there until November 2005. Amy then joined Encore Unlimited, LLC as a Human Resource Specialist in November 2005 and continued in that role until April 2018. Amy then worked as a Benefits Specialist at ALARIS Encore from April 2018 to December 2018. Amy later joined Paradigm in December 2018 and served as a Benefits Specialist, Complex Care Solutions, and subsequently as a Benefits Manager starting from September 2019.

Amy Drout attended Marquette University from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Human Resource Management. The field of study within this degree is not specified. In addition to their academic education, Amy Drout obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in February 2022.
