Laura Plank

Laura Plank has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Laura currently serves as an Application Development Team Lead at Paradigm since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Business Analyst at Paradigm from February 2020 to September 2022. Before joining Paradigm, Laura held positions at Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services. Laura served as a Systems Engineering Specialist from December 2018 to February 2020 and as a Logistics Performance Analyst from October 2017 to November 2018. Laura's earlier work experience includes a role as a Supervisor at Ulta Beauty from June 2016 to October 2017, and a Distribution Center Intern role at Ulta Beauty from May 2015 to July 2015.

Laura Plank obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Supply Chain Management with a concentration in Logistics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania between 2012 and 2016. In 2023, they pursued further education at the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Analytics in 2025.
