Michele Long

Michele Long, RN, BSN, CCM, is a Senior Quality Specialist in the Special Programs Unit at Paradigm, where they oversee and ensure the quality of field case management for individuals with complex injuries. With a rich background in medical management, Michele previously held multiple roles in Nationwide, including Claims Medical Manager and Administrative Services Manager, among others. Prior to that, they worked as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist at Lebanon Orthopedic Associates and as a Consulting Associate at Coopers and Lybrand LLP. Michele is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Adult Health at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Messiah College.
