Steve MacFarlane

Steve Macfarlane has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve started their career in the US Army, serving from 1985 to 1989 in various roles. In 1992, they joined Grandy Pratt Company as an Insurance Sales representative, where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as a Consultant at Group 9d8 Cos. Steve then joined Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in 2004 as a Senior Technology Specialist and continued in this role until 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as a Senior Security Analyst and worked there until 2014. Since 2014, they have been with Paradigm, initially as a Senior Security Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Manager IT Security Engineering. In their current position at Paradigm, they are involved in designing, implementing, managing, and monitoring the Security program.

Steve Macfarlane attended Arizona State University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Economics and Philosophy. Prior to that, they attended North High School, although the specific years are not provided. Additionally, in 2017, Steve received a certification in CISSP from (ISC)².
