Steve Fields

Steve Fields is an experienced aviation maintenance professional with a robust background spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as the Business Jet Director of Maintenance at Paradise Jets since January 2023, Steve has held significant positions including Aircraft Maintenance Manager at Ameriflight, LLC, Director of Aircraft Maintenance at Valkyrie Aero, and OCONUS Maintenance Manager for Dynamic Aviation. Earlier roles included Chief Inspector/Operations Manager at BAE Systems, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring FAA and EASA compliance and financial oversight, and various maintenance management positions at Dynamic Aviation and in the United States Air Force. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Eastern New Mexico University.
