Alyssa Schier

Alyssa Schier is an accomplished video professional with extensive experience in video production and storytelling. Currently serving as Video Team Lead at Paradowski Creative since April 2020, Alyssa manages video projects through all phases from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand vision and timely delivery. Prior to this role, Alyssa was a Producer & Story Editor at StoryTrack, where notable achievements included winning two Mid-America Emmys for documentary work. Earlier career roles include a Story Editor at Coolfire Studios, where Alyssa contributed to successful reality shows, and various production positions in organizations such as ALIVE Magazine, KMOV-TV, and Principia College, building a comprehensive skill set in video editing, production management, and narrative development. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Principia College.
