Taylor Mitchell, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Taylor began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Barnes & Noble, Inc. from August 2010 to August 2015. They then worked as a Guest Service Intern at Walt Disney World from January 2013 to May 2013. In 2014, Taylor had an Operations Internship at Triumph Group from June 2014 to August 2015. Taylor transitioned to the role of Senior Recruiter at FDM Group from August 2015 to November 2016. They then worked as an Implementation Consultant at Paycom from November 2016 to December 2017. From January 2018 to July 2018, Taylor took on the role of Client Support Consultant at Namely. They were then promoted to an Implementation Consultant at Namely from July 2018 to December 2018. In January 2019, Taylor became a Senior Implementation Consultant at Namely until May 2019. From May 2019 to February 2022, Taylor worked as a Team Lead at Namely. Currently, Taylor is an Implementation Manager at Paradox since March 2022.

Taylor Mitchell, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Women's, Gender & Sexuality Studies from the University of Connecticut. They obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in May 2018. In addition, Taylor has completed the Professional Human Resources Management program from Pace University in December 2017 and the Paralegal Certificate Program from Pace University in November 2019. They are currently pursuing a Project Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, which is expected to be obtained in December 2022.
