Daniel Moregård has a diverse work experience. Daniel started off as a Quality Assurance Tester at Paradox Development Studio in August 2012. After that, they worked as a UX Designer from February 2013 to March 2015, and then as a Game Designer from April 2015 to March 2018. In April 2018, they briefly served as an Experienced Game Designer before being promoted to Game Director in June 2018, a position they currently hold. Before joining Paradox Development Studio, they worked at The Financial Compliance Group as a Developer/Technical Project Manager from May 2011 to November 2011. Additionally, they also had roles at Studentnätet vid Högskolan i Skövde (SHS) where they served as Chairman from February 2009 to December 2009, and as a Member from January 2010 to June 2010.

Daniel Moregård completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Informatics from the University of Skövde, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
