Jess Lanzillo is an accomplished Creative Director currently leading the White Wolf division at Paradox Interactive since June 2025. Previously, Jess served as the VP of Franchise and Product for Dungeons & Dragons at Wizards of the Coast from July 2017 to July 2025, overseeing a large interdisciplinary team in worldbuilding for Magic: The Gathering. With extensive experience in creative production management, Jess has held various leadership positions across multiple organizations, including Publicis Seattle, Loyola Press, Havas Worldwide, The Breakers, Creative Loafing, KOMPAN A/S, and Carpetland USA. Jess's educational background includes studies at Beloit College.
