Matias Laborde has extensive experience in the gaming industry, starting with their role as a Manager at McDonald's Corporation from 2004 to 2008. Matias then worked as an Illustrator and Vector Artist at Vostu from 2010 to 2012, where they played a crucial role in the vectorization team for the successful Brazilian FB game, Mini Fazenda. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Game Artist and Art Director at Casualing, taking charge of art and design decisions for several Casino Games. Matias then joined QB9 in 2013 as a Game Artist and 2D Artist, working on character design, UI design, and backgrounds. Matias was later promoted to Design Team Leader and Art Director, leading a team of designers and freelancers. Matias Laborde has a diverse educational background. Matias first attended Escuela de Artes Visuales Antonio Berni from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a Visual Arts degree. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they studied at Escuela Da Vinci de Medios Audiovisuales, specializing in Multimedia Design. In 2015, they took an Art Direction Specialization course with Juan Cavia and Walter Cornás.
