Amina Issah

Amina Issah is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Amina began the career as a Writing Consultant at the Writing Center and later served as Head Counselor at Asphalt Green. Amina has held significant roles, including Senior Recruiter at East End Resources and Principal Technical Recruiter at Capital One. Currently, Amina is the Founding Technical Recruiter at Paradromics, working on innovative brain-computer interface technology. Amina’s experience also includes positions at Anchorage Digital and Oliver James Associates, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and developing talent sourcing strategies. Amina holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the State University of New York College at Old Westbury.
