Ethan Rapp, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Paradromics and has held the position of University Lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin since June 2022, where instruction includes dynamic systems and controls for engineering students. Previously, Ethan was a Process Development Engineer at Confluent Medical Technologies, leading projects in Class III and Class II medical devices, enhancing manufacturing processes, and developing test methods. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Lead Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, and Research Engineer at Windmill Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., focused on validation of ventricular assist devices.
