Hao Zhen

Hao Zhen, PMP, currently serves as an Electrical Engineer at Paradromics Inc. since July 2023. Previously, at Revert Technologies, Inc., from December 2022 to August 2024, Hao successfully redesigned the AI-Powered Plug Cube, achieving a ~20% reduction in production costs and improving assembly efficiency by 65% through DFM principles. As a Product Consultant and Program Instructor at Rev: Ithaca Startup Works from May 2022 to December 2022, strategic consultation was provided to startups on product development and hardware prototyping tools. At Applied Materials, from February 2018 to January 2022, project management included overseeing engineering projects with offshore teams and developing systems for power and communication applications. Early experience included roles as an Electrical Engineer Co-op at Applied Materials, a Volunteer Hardware Engineer for BrainCo Inc., and a Research and Development Engineer at TeraDiode, Inc. Hao Zhen holds a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northeastern University.
