Matthew Hopper is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota since August 2022, focusing on the development of bioelectronic devices. Concurrently, Matthew works as a Consultant and Electrical Engineer at Paradromics Inc. since August 2018. Previously, Matthew held the position of Electrical Engineering Intern at ISPA Technology and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the USF SiC Biotechnology Group, where Matthew contributed to projects involving embedded system design and biocompatibility studies of silicon carbide devices. Education includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Science from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. Matthew began academic pursuits with an Associate of Arts degree and a Technical Certificate in Emergency Medical Technology from Seminole State College of Florida.
