Megan E.

Megan E. began their career in 2011 at KIXEYE as a Senior Recruiter, where they focused on online gaming and innovative browser-based experiences. Megan then moved on to IPSY in 2014, initially as a Recruiting Manager and later as a Senior Manager in Recruiting. In 2020, they joined BFA Industries as a Senior Recruiting Manager, specializing in beauty products and personalized experiences. Currently, Megan is the Head of Talent at Parafin, where they work towards democratizing access to growth capital for small businesses.

Megan E. completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a double major in Psychology and Criminology at Maryville University of Saint Louis. In 2013, they obtained certification as an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
