Tracy Monaco

Tracy (Masciandaro) Monaco, CPA has a diverse work experience in accounting and assurance. Tracy started their career as an Intern in Corporate Accounting at Cigna in 2011. Tracy then interned in Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services at Baker Tilly (Formerly ParenteBeard LLC) in 2012 before joining PwC as an Intern in Assurance for Financial Services/ Asset & Wealth Management in 2013. Tracy moved up the ranks at PwC, working as an Assurance Associate, Senior Associate, and then Trust Solutions Manager and Senior Manager. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Accounting Lead at Parafin in 2023.

Tracy Monaco, CPA, earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Legal Studies from Drexel University in 2015. Tracy obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State Board of Accountancy in 2017 and became Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified by Cigna in 2012.
