Jongwon (Hans) Han is currently the Strategic Projects Lead at Paraform, where they focus on helping companies hire the best talent. They previously worked at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant, gaining experience across various industries including healthcare, technology, automotive, and private equity. Jongwon co-founded Kimchili Eatery during a startup incubator program, where their team won a regional competition. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science at Macalester College. Outside of work, Jongwon enjoys playing soccer and tennis, traveling, and trying new foods.
