Mark Lavender has a diverse background in finance and education, with experience in various prominent institutions. From November 2016 to December 2016, Mark served as a Research Assistant and Tutor at UNSW Business School, teaching courses in financial mathematics and actuarial models. Following that, Mark held positions at Commonwealth Bank as an Institutional Banking and Markets Graduate and later as an Associate in Client Advisory Services, along with a summer internship focused on international products. In July 2020, Mark worked as an Associate and Analyst at Allier Capital.
