Dylan Phaing is a student at California State University-Long Beach, pursuing a degree in Finance. Dylan has served as an ambassador for Paragon One since 2023 and completed a branding strategy and business analytics externship with Beats by Dre, where research focused on the resurgence of over-the-ear headphones among Gen Z consumers. Currently, Dylan also works on the event management staff for the Department of Athletics at the university.
