Arief Mohd Budiman possesses extensive experience in sales and channel management, currently serving as Channel Lead at ParagonCorp since July 2018, where roles have included National Business Group Head and New Channel Development Group Head. Prior experience includes leadership positions at PT. Sasa Inti as Head of Trade Marketing, and a five-year tenure at L'Oréal as Head of Channel Modern Trade, contributing to significant improvements in business processes through channel management and marketing initiatives. Arief has also held managerial roles at Campbell Arnotts, PT Kalbe Farma, Kimberly-Clark, and Nestlé Waters, showcasing a strong track record in achieving sales targets and team leadership. Arief earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2001.
