Andy MacInnes

Andy MacInnes currently serves as the Chief Development Officer and Executive Director at Paragraf® since June 2023. Prior to this role, MacInnes held the position of Sr. Director of Epitaxy at II-VI Incorporated from February 2005 to June 2023. Previous experience includes working as a Senior R&D Engineer at TriQuint Semiconductor Texas and as a Senior Process Development Engineer at TriQuint Semiconductor, where expertise focused on GaAs and InP Epitaxy and device manufacturing. Academic credentials include a post-doctoral fellowship in Chemistry from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Surrey. Early career roles included research positions at the Max Planck Institute and CSIR.
