Michael Leach

Michael Leach is a skilled biosensor technician at Paragraf® since November 2022, focusing on a project to scale a new product line while training new team members and refining testing methods. Prior to this role, Michael served as a lab technician at Hexcel Corporation from November 2011 to November 2022, where responsibilities included planning test schedules and maintaining output during a period of significant growth in quality control. Earlier experience includes working as a polishing technician at Wafer Technology Ltd. from July 2007 to April 2011, specializing in polishing III-V material semiconductors in a cleanroom environment, and as an analytical technician for Anglian Water Services from June 2006 to June 2007, contributing to the trace heavy metal analytical team. Michael Leach holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences from The Open University, completed between 2012 and 2019.
