Johan Opperman

Johan Opperman, a member of the World Employment Confederation, plays a key role in promoting the WEC EOR initiative. With over 22 years of experience, Johan is the founder and CEO of Parakar Group, where Johan helps companies and individuals navigate cross-border employment relationships. Prior to Parakar, Johan held various managerial and consulting positions in the software industry. Johan's expertise lies in enabling global employment for Europe, facilitating foreign workers' employment in Europe, helping foreign companies employ local workers, and assisting foreign companies in sending their workers to Europe. Johan's education includes Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
