Jacques Nir

Jacques Nir is an experienced leader in the field of healthcare operations, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Parallax Center since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jacques held the position of Chief Operating Officer at PAC from July 2021 to June 2023, where Jacques provided leadership for a comprehensive medical treatment approach for substance abuse and mental health, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team and enhancing service delivery across the five boroughs. Jacques also served as Chief Administrative Officer at PAC and as COO for MyCureAll App from September 2017 to September 2021. With a clinical background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from a career starting in 1996, Jacques holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree focusing on Clinical/Medical social work from Columbia University, completed in 1996.
