We are a small team that defies the conventional definition of a sales agency or consulting firm. We work with our clients to elevate both their business and products. We focus on the outdoor industry through b2b sales representation, strategic planning, and sales training.

Brands Represented: Mountain Hardwear, Faction, Scarpa, EXPED USA, Rumpl, United Shapes, Reima, Deuter, Julbo, Phaenom Footwear, Madshus, and Maloja

After nearly two decades in the outdoor industry, Doug founded P45 Sales based on the belief that organizations can achieve greater success by focusing on more than just sales. Manufacturers and retail stores are more than their products. They are communities of people and businesses that come together around a shared interest, passion, or purpose.

We believe in connecting brands and people, building communities of those who enjoy spending time in the outdoors, be it camping, climbing, cycling, paddling or skiing. Customers choose those communities and businesses that come together around a purpose. After all, 78% of customers want companies to address important social justice issues, and 87% will purchase a product because a company advocates for an issue they care about. We help you tell your story and deliver you results.
