Amanda Gregg

Amanda Gregg currently serves as the VP of People Operations at Parallel Bio, a role initiated in January 2025. Previously, Amanda held the same title at Second Front Systems, where responsibilities included enhancing the People and Talent functions from March 2023 to December 2024, and earlier as Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, overseeing various aspects of talent acquisition and employee engagement. Amanda's experience includes leading Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts at Postscript, and expanding global operations at Airwallex as Director of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Amanda worked at Airbnb in several recruiting roles, and holds a BS in General Management from Boston College.
