Inderpreet Singh

Inderpreet Singh has over 14 years of work experience in various technical roles. Inderpreet is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Parallel Domain since March 2022. Prior to that, from September 2020 to March 2022, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company. Before joining Parallel Domain, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at STEMCELL Technologies from November 2019 to September 2020. From August 2018 to November 2019, they worked as a Software Developer in a freelance, self-employed capacity.

Earlier in their career, Inderpreet held several roles at Qualcomm, including Senior Engineer in the Machine Learning Group from April 2016 to July 2017, Senior Engineer in the Secure Systems Group from July 2015 to April 2016, and Senior Engineer in the Parallel Compute Group from July 2013 to July 2015.

Inderpreet began their professional journey as a Hardware Verification Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they worked from September 2009 to December 2009. Prior to that, they were a Hardware Engineer at D-Wave Systems Inc. from May 2009 to August 2009 and a System Test Engineer at Zeugma Systems from January 2008 to April 2008.

Additionally, Inderpreet has a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia. During their time there, they worked as a Masters Student from September 2011 to May 2013, and as a Research Assistant from May 2010 to August 2011. Inderpreet has authored papers on GPU architectures that were recognized in IEEE Micro Top Picks in 2011 and 2013.

Inderpreet Singh completed their education with a Master of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering Physics from the same university, completing it from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they received a certification as a Triplebyte Certified Machine Learning Engineer from Triplebyte in August 2020.
