Parallel Minds is a specialist consultancy on a mission to build a brighter future for Neurodivergent people in tech.

You've probably heard the saying, "Great minds think alike". Well, what happens when great minds DON'T think alike?

We now know that up to 53% of people in tech are Neurodivergent, which is well over half. Neurodivergent people can bring different perspectives and unique strengths to teams, which is invaluable for innovation and building brilliant tech products. But those strengths don’t come without their challenges, particularly in the workplace. And that’s where we come in.

Ways we can support you and your Neurodivergent employees:

➤ Conducting a company-wide health check (great for organisations at the start of their Neuroinclusive journey)

➤ Creating accessible hiring processes

➤ Building Neurodiversity ERGs (employee resource group)

➤ 1:1 support; for both Neurodivergent employees and technical leaders of Neurodiverse teams

➤ Company-wide awareness sessions

➤ And much more

We take a dual approach; by applying Universal Design principles to create universal accessibility for all, paired with a tailored approach to remove barriers for Neurodivergent employees (a barrier-based approach)

So why "Parallel Minds"? Well, the perception is that Neurodivergent people are completely separate entities to Neurotypical people; two sides of the same coin that never really see each other. And parallel lines never meet either do they?

Well we believe there’s an intersection at the “impossible”, where we can build happy, high-performing teams where all Neurotypes and thrive.

If you’re ready to challenge the “impossible” too, get in touch with us on info@parallelminds.io or drop us an enquiry through the form on our website!
