Parag Bihade has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Parag started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2000 as an Information Technology Analyst and eventually became a Tech Lead. At TCS, they were interviewed by Professor Noori and Mr. Mathai Joseph. In 2006, they joined Siemens PLM Software as a Technical Team Lead, where they were responsible for enhancing and developing the drafting module in CAD software Solid Edge. Parag closely collaborated with the Director of Development and product planners in Huntsville, USA. Parag then joined Tech Mahindra in 2007 as a Technical Architect, where they were in charge of the Idea Factory initiative within the Microsoft Practice. Parag designed and developed enterprise applications based on Microsoft Location and SharePoint Services. Finally, in 2017, Parag became the CEO of Parallel Minds, a position they currently hold. Additionally, they also took on the role of Director of Technology when they first joined the company in 2008.
Parag Bihade pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical field from 1995 to 1999 at Amravati University. Prior to that, they attended Saint Aloysius School in Yavatmal and completed their 8th/9th Standard education.
