David Kelly

David Kelly currently serves as Head of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Parallel, a position held since November 2025. Previously, David was the Vice President of Government Solutions at Acusensus from June 2023 to November 2025. A significant portion of David's career includes serving as Principal at Storm King Strategies, LLC from January 2009 to July 2023, as well as Acting Administrator and Chief of Staff at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration from 2006 to January 2009. David also held the role of Deputy Assistant Secretary at the US Department of Transportation from 2003 to 2006 and served as Director at the National Safety Council from 1996 to 2003. Academic credentials include an MPA in Public Administration from Baruch College (1993-1994) and a BA in Journalism from the State University of New York at New Paltz (1988-1991).
