Albert Khayat

Albert Khayat is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in the African market. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at Parallel Wireless since April 2023, Khayat focuses on delivering Open-RAN solutions to Mobile Network Operators across Africa. As the founder of AKAFCOM Consulting since October 2016, Khayat has established a consultancy specializing in telecommunications, particularly in West and Central Africa. Prior roles include Director of Sales in Africa at AMOS-Spacecom, EMEA Sales Director at NovelSat, and Director of Sales Africa at Alvarion, with a career beginning at Motorola Communications Israel as Director of Sales for West and Central Africa. Khayat holds a B.Sc in Electronics from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), earned between 1978 and 1981.
