ParallelIQ is building the control plane for AI systems — a semantic layer that makes AI execution predictable, scalable, and governed.

Our core product, ModelSpec, is a declarative specification that captures the full intent of an AI system — including models, workflows, tools, and operational requirements. From a single specification, our compiler generates the orchestration needed across runtime systems such as Kubernetes, Temporal, and model-serving platforms.

• ModelSpec Compiler — declarative-to-executable pipelines for AI workflows, inference, and operations
• Semantic execution layer — models, tools (MCP), workflows, routing, SLOs, and policy enforcement
• Control plane for AI systems — admission control, placement, scaling, and failover across workloads
• Predictive orchestration — generation and optimization of execution graphs based on intent and telemetry
• Intelligent resource management — right-sizing compute (GPU/CPU) and model capacity ahead of demand
• Unified execution artifacts — consistent, infrastructure-agnostic deployment across clouds and providers
