Christa Quarles

Christa Quarles is the Chief Executive Officer of Parallels and the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chair of Corel Corporation. They have served as a board member at Kimberly-Clark since 2016, with Audit committee membership from 2016 to 2021 and NGC and compensation committees since 2021. They serve as Lead Independent Director at Affirm, Inc. (2024–Present) and have held committee roles including chair of the Audit Committee (2021–2024), Compensation Committee (2021–Present), and Nom Gov Committee (2024–Present). They previously led OpenTable as Chief Executive Officer (2015–2018) and held roles at The Walt Disney Company, including SVP, General Manager, Mobile and Social Games (2013–2014). They earned a BS in Economics and German from Carnegie Mellon University (1991–1995) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (1998–2000), with additional study in Economics at WU Vienna (1993).
