Mark Teng is a Senior DevOps Engineer at Parallo since August 2022, with previous experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Provoke Solutions and a Site Reliability Engineer at Online Republic. Mark has a strong background in cloud infrastructure management, particularly on AWS, and specializes in creating automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab and Atlassian Bamboo. Mark's career began with roles in IT support and systems administration, which laid a foundational understanding of technology support and network performance. Mark holds a Postgraduate Study in Computer and Information Sciences from Auckland University of Technology and a Diploma in Information Technology from the New Zealand School of Education, along with additional degrees in construction management and engineering.
