Parallon AI builds and runs AI employees for lower and mid-market companies. We are an AI operating partner, not a consulting firm that hands you a deck and walks away. We design, install, and manage AI agents that handle repeatable business processes: invoice intake, job handoff packets, compliance screening, material classification, customer follow-up, and data reconciliation. You keep the human oversight. We do the repetitive work.

Every engagement starts with one named process we can measure before and after. We map the current workflow, build an AI employee that handles the repeatable steps, route exceptions to a human reviewer, and run it for you. We use a simple fee structure so clients know what the engagement costs before work begins. No long-term contract. No software license markup. No hidden implementation costs.

We work with founder-led lower and mid-market companies, typically between $10 million and $250 million in revenue. These are businesses where the owner or operator is deep in the daily workflow: approving invoices, routing customer requests, chasing materials, reviewing compliance data, managing job packets. Our clients have processes that repeat often enough to automate and matter enough to get right. They do not have a team of engineers to build AI tools themselves.

Most AI agencies sell software subscriptions or strategy reports and leave you to implement them. We run the agent ourselves. Your human experts review exceptions, not routine work. We are governed, specific, and honest about where AI is not ready to operate without supervision. Every engagement includes a human review step, and we name that as a strength, not a caveat.

If you run a lower or mid-market company and a repeatable process is taking your team's time, reach out. We can tell you in one conversation whether it is a fit.
