Melisa Kabalay is a Product Manager at Param since October 2023, overseeing the Param Mobile App, Param Business, and the HR Param Website. Prior to this role, Melisa served as a UX Researcher at 4PLAY and gained valuable experience as a UX Research Intern at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where work focused on virtual reality, mobile app design, and stress management under the supervision of Prof. Andrea Gaggioli. Earlier in the career, Melisa worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Sun Denetim İstanbul, handling various HR processes including recruitment and training. Melisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dokuz Eylul University and has also studied at the University of Szeged.
