Şebnem Özkur intends to leverage her 27 years of experience in the banking and finance sector to drive process optimization and digital transformation as the Director of Operations at Param. Previously, ŞEBNEM managed credit operations at TurkishBank and served as an Operations Manager at A Ödeme, demonstrating strong leadership in team management and operational efficiency. ŞEBNEM has held various key roles in process management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across multiple banks, achieving significant improvements and cost reductions. Şebnem holds degrees in Mathematics from Beşiktaş Anadolu Lisesi, Business Administration and Management from Trakya University, and a Master’s in Management and Organization from Istanbul Arel University.
