Hans Pardoen has over 25 years of experience in polymer, resin, and wax research and development, with a strong background in project and portfolio management on a global scale. They have held various leadership roles, including Global R&D Manager at Akzo Nobel Resins and Hexion Specialty Chemicals, and served as European Regulatory & QA Manager at Paramelt from 2017 to 2023. They earned a PhD in Bio-organic Chemistry from Leiden University between 1980 and 1984, and currently advises on regulatory, quality assurance, and R&D matters for one day per week.
