Global R&d Director at Paramelt

Neill Dutton has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Neill started their career at ICI Films in 1990 as a Technical Manager and later joined UCB Films as a Coatings Research Manager in 1997. In 2003, they became the Director & Consultant at R 'n' D Solutions Limited. Neill then joined ExxonMobil as a Coatings Specialist in 2005. In 2006, they started working at Paramelt BV as a Business Development Manager and later became the Global Packaging Business Unit Manager from 2013 to 2018. Neill then transitioned to Paramelt in 2018 as the UK Business Manager and is currently serving as the Global R&D Director since July 2021.

Neill Dutton attended the University of Reading from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Physics. Prior to that, they studied at Wallington High School for Boys from 1982 to 1984 and obtained A levels in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and General Studies. Additionally, they completed their O Levels at Wilsons, with subjects including English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, IT, Geography, History, French, and German. Neill also enrolled in the University of Reading for a PhD in Polymer Science from 1987 to 1990, but did not complete the degree.
