Rich Kilpatrick has a diverse work experience. Rich began their career in 2006 at M. Argueso & Co., where they worked as a Sales/Customer Service Manager and later as a Technical Sales Representative. In 2011, they joined Paramelt and held various roles including Market Development Manager, Sales Director, and eventually became the President and General Manager in 2019. Most recently, in 2022, they became a member of the Board of Directors at the Investment Casting Institute.

Rich Kilpatrick attended Grand Valley State University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a BBA degree in Management/Operations. In 2018, they completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School, receiving a Certificate of Completion.
