Andrei Vrabie

Andrei Vrabie is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Parameter Ventures. Prior to their current role, Andrei worked as an Associate at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP. Andrei also has experience as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Chambers of the Honorable Robert W. Sweet at the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Andrei has a diverse background, including positions at Shearman & Sterling LLP, the U.S. Department of Justice, and Deloitte Consulting. Andrei holds a JD from Columbia Law School, an LLM in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, and a BS in Economics & International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
