Or Marom

Or Marom started working at Parametrix in October 2020 as a Software Engineer. In October 2021, they were promoted to the role of R&D Team Lead, which they currently hold.

Prior to joining Parametrix, Or Marom worked at the IAF - Israeli Air Force starting in September 2014. During their time there, they held the position of IT Engineer & Cloud Developer from September 2014 to November 2017. In this role, they designed and integrated outsourcing projects, developed REST API services using Angular and Express JS, and was the first to introduce and implement ElasticSearch & Kibana in the IAF.

Or Marom then transitioned to the role of Software Engineer at the IAF from November 2017 until November 2020. In this capacity, they worked in a joint team of the IAF and 8200, developing large-scale applications using Node.js, Python, and Angular ngrx. Or also developed REST API applications using Node.js and various databases such as ElasticSearch, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Additionally, they were responsible for designing and integrating with multiple outsourcing projects.

Currently, Or Marom is a R&D Team Lead at Parametrix, leveraging their previous experience and skills in software engineering to lead a team in research and development projects.

Or Marom completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Companies Management from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, Or obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 2016 to 2019. In the earlier years, Or attended IDF- The School Of Computer Professions (Basmah) from 2014 to 2015, where they graduated as a Computer Programmer with Mamram certification.
