Bowen Spellman is currently an Engineer III at Parametrix and previously served as a Civil Engineer I in the Surfacewater Group at the City of Renton. A graduate of Gonzaga University, Bowen earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Applied Mathematics.
