Bryan Townley, AICP, is an experienced transportation planner with a diverse background in urban planning and development. Currently serving as a Transportation Planner III at Parametrix since October 2025, Bryan has held multiple roles at Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates, including Senior Associate I and Associate Planner III, and previously worked at Parametrix in various capacities from Transportation Planner I to III. Prior experiences include working as an Associate Planner at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, a GIS Technician Intermediate at the Tennessee Department of Transportation, and participating in placemaking efforts as an intern at MidTown Cleveland, Inc. Bryan's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
